Appointment setter: warm US real estate leads, 5% commission

We book meetings for US real estate operators who raise money from private investors. We're hiring setters to book calls for our own sales team. No résumé. You apply with a 2-minute voice note.

The job

Call and text warm leads: US real estate operators who already replied to our outreach. No cold dialling.
Qualify them in a short conversation: are they raising capital, how much, how soon.
Book the qualified ones onto a strategy call with our closer, and chase no-shows until they land.

The pay

5% of the first payment from every client you book who signs. Most sign at $12,000, so one signed client pays you about $600.
Commission only, no cap. Remote, with at least 4 hours a day overlapping US Eastern time.
